The Phase III Report: Reimagining the Church in the World - Bold in Faith, Transformative in Mission, United in Christ (Isaiah 30:21). As the church navigates an era of profound transformation, the Synod of the Northeast continues to ask: What is the purpose of the Synod? How are we called, as a corporate body, to respond to the changing needs of the church and society? These questions are at the heart of the Phase III Report – Reimagining the Church in the World, an ongoing process of discernment that seeks to clarify our shared mission and vision for the future. To engage the wider Synod community in this work we are hosting a Townhall Zoom Meeting on May 22 at 7:00 p.m. This gathering will provide an opportunity to: • Preview the Seven Pillars of the emerging vision • Discuss how newly approved grants are shaping ministry and mission • Explore upcoming regional learning initiatives designed to equip and connect leaders This conversation is an essential step in shaping the future together.

Theme: Once we have experienced God’s sacred dreams, we are never the same. Like the Magi who were told in a dream to go home by another way, we must find a new way forward. Or as the prophet Isaiah proclaimed, “You shall go out with joy…” We conclude our Triennium experience affirming that it is not to end our dreaming. Instead, we are to Wake Up and Dream. We are challenged and commissioned to imagine new ways of manifesting the gospel of Christ in our own contexts, having experienced God’s presence and power together. We invite you to join us as we worship, learn, fellowship, and play as a hopeful and joyful community of faith at the 2025 Presbyterian Youth Triennium. The experience will be

one of those life-shaping faith forming events that you will never forget! It will be As If We Were Dreaming.
